The expectation of peace and safety on public land outweighs dog owners' rights. You don't have to have a dog, but you do have the right to free travel. The bigger responsibility falls on the dog owner.
Great morning run. First run since WBR. Chad and I hit the whole North Arm trail. We didn't push to hard - just a nice run. 8:43 avg. Looking to get back in the groove. Build up some milage and speed. Hopefully.
Great job on the WBR. I hope you didn't mind me telling the guys at work. I just thought it was a great accomplishment. Besides, you probably don't want to brag yourself.
