Hit the Tm for an early morning run. Wanted to keep the pace up a little bit so, 1- 7:30, 2-7:19, 3- 7:09 4.25- 6:30ish (Hit the last quarter at 6:09). My back is still a little tight so I'm going to take this week a little easier with Moab on Sat. The FRBer's DEL SOL team - amazing. |
