My afternoon run with the Boothman got foiled, so I decided to get a good run in when I got home. Took the Hwy down to Skyline trail head and North Arm back. Pretty good head wind to the trail head (3.34 miles) My legs were heavier on the way back because of it. (That's my excuse anyways). Splits: 8:08, 8:08, 7:55, 7:48, 8:08, 8:15, 8:04, .55 at 7:27 pace.

why do you need an excuse? 7 miles is a big deal. Remember, 2 years ago you couldn't run out to the mailbox. you are a star.

you are a star little chinese brother. Everytime I think I have a good run I look at your numbers and become somewhat frustrated but then I remember how I chased your butt down after you shot me with the bb gun and smacked you down boy and I realize that the universe is indeed balanced. oh ya boyz
