Wow...Good run for me this morning. Most of our Wasatch Back team met this morning for a 15 mile run around Pineview.  7:30 am and it was cold. Where's spring? Started with a .4 jog to meeting place at the General Store with Chad. Met up with BG and started our journey. We talked about averaging between 8:00 and 8:30 per mile. I ended up averaging 7:48's with a max mile of 8:33 (mile 1) and a min mile of 7:26 (mile 15). I thought that was kinda funny. I felt pretty good through the loop. Farthest I've actually ever run at once. So, I'm proud! Better watch out for the Swamp Donkey's! Chad and BG and Brady rocked it. The strawberries BG had at mile 6ish were great. I'm anxious to see how the legs feel tomorrow. I feel pretty good at this moment in time.... Also it's worth noting Chad and BG owe me one.

time 1:56.... no miles on Crocs.

Nice run. im glad we are related, i did not get those energy genes. also my nut is cracked if you know what i mean. anyway, i'm proud of you for your dedication and drive. i did 4 today at the usual pace and sense of stiffness and nausea, maybe it was the lunch prior. i need to stop following the mule's training regimen.
