YIkES!! First trip up Malans with Booth. Started at 27th street and went up baby. Ran into a Rach and Mary, then Brian S., then a friend of Chads - then the fun began. Steep! I had over 1200ft that 2nd mile. Took me a bit to get into a groove lower back tight first mile+ then loosened up. Sweet view on top. Booth and I were treated to a EMO babe on the way down - don't see those everyday on the BST. At the 2nd bridge on the way back I headed up the grider (upper trail) to Waterfall canyon and then back to 27th. One thing - I need to get stronger on these steep mothas...

NICE!! funny how crowded that trail is, I see someone I know and at least 2 freaks, guys in skirts, guys with turbins, EMO's, freaky F-dudes, gangstas ect almost every time up there, day or night. Killer you got it done. Good, good run. Did you try the shuffle? How was the snow? a bit brutal at the top Saturday.

Strong showing for the hairless one. Intriguing me now. I like to run in the circus. Let's do it sometime. Maybe if I am still running after the marathon. I feel wiped out today.
