Well.... back to reality. 4 miles on the Tm this morning. ..I woke up to 12-14 inches of new snow and nowhere to run. No beaches. No palm tree lined paths.. just a cold basement. I decided to take the 1st mile easy 8:00 the 2nd at 7:41 3rd 7:09 4th 6:47.. They felt good. The legs and core were a little tight from pilates last night.

Thanks. A little to much reality I'm afraid. Your workouts seem intense. How's the body responding?

From Logan on Wed, Jan 30, 2008 at 16:08:32

The body is responding just fine. I make I drink plenty of fluids, eat healty, stretch, and get plenty of rest. This seems to be working.
