Another early morning Tm run. Wanted to take it pretty easy considering the big run on Sat. Started with 3 miles at 7:41 then 1 at 7:35, 7:30, 7:19 and last .5 at 6:50. Incline 1.0. The legs felt better then expected. Here's to getting another good week of training. I can't believe the marathon is in less than 3 weeks! Ready or not... |
