Will - update race time and place spots - when they post the results. Time is off of my Garmin for now (which I forgot to stop at the finish)..

Marathon, marathon - today was pretty cool in that my four brothers ran the marathon today - 3 of them were 1st timers - They all hit their goal times so, that was very cool. The coolest part of the day actually. G-Doc, HD, Duke, and Fred.

As for my race - I've been battling IT band issues the last few weeks so, I knew it would be a suffer fest from the go. It began to ache almost immediately, but I tried to just ease back and get into a rhythm - wanted to break 3:40, but once I hit the downhill in the canyon I knew my leg wasn't going to let me run it out - so just maintained the pace. It's an odd sensation when one of your legs wants to burn it and the other is saying whoa... Any who - happy with the race and the time. Glad I decided to run - perfect day!!

Splits: 1st half: 8:24, 8:21, 8:14, 8:16, 8:17, 8:24, 8:11, 8:26, 8:44, 8:33, 8:37, 8:43, 8:37 2nd half: 8:40, 9:23, 8:55, 8:40, 8:39,  8:40, 8:23, 8:45, 8:49, 8:23, 8:45, 9:16, 8:56, (3:28) last bit...

Brooootttthhhheeeerrrr! nice running on a gimpy limb. I am impressed. However disappointed that you didn't make the Angel run with us that night. Nice hosting and doing. Get the boat ramped up and well hit some skiing in the next few weeks.
