Nice relaxed early morning run around Eden. Nothing to serious. Keeping the legs loose. Did my original loop - Shane - eden park - island loop. 3.55 miles Avg 8:27's. Hopefully the race won't be to hot tomorrow. Plus my back is a little tight from H2O skiing the other day...

I am running the 5k in huntsville tomorrow, by chance do you know the route?

From nfroerer on Thu, Jul 03, 2008 at 19:13:36

Tim.. it's a great route. You start right at Hunstville park. The 5k course leads you through the town of huntsville around by the boat marina and loops back. The 10k starts at the same place heading a different direction. Good Luck.

Good luck on the race tomorrow, you are steezen as my son would say. I have a very sore right glut from knee boarding the other night. I ordered the cover in purple...neon purple. Hope the neighbors like.
