The expectation of peace and safety on public land outweighs dog owners' rights. You don't have to have a dog, but you do have the right to free travel. The bigger responsibility falls on the dog owner.

Epic run up Mt. Timpanogos Peak. Talked Gdoc and Rob into getting up at an insane hour and starting this run from the Timpooneke trail head. This was the first time up to the peak for all of us. The trail turned out to be better than I imagined it would be. Steller views and Epic vistas. On the way down back at the saddle there was 10-15 Mt. Goats hanging around....Sweet.

Thanks for getting up to the peak. I almost walked back but you were to far ahead to let me wuss out. You have mountain goat in your blood, that one was eyeing you pretty good.
