Talk about one sweet A' run! Yehaw.. G' and I thought we'd get in a good long run in before Mid-Mountain.. so, we headed up to the Guardsmen TH ( I think..Just right before Brighton) and set out to run the Wasatch Crest Trail and then hook into Millcreek and run down to RattleSnake where we left a car... Great times. Good tough climb up "puke hill" (I guess a few people have named it) then basically an awesome Trail run all the way to RattleSnake.

Ran into a bunch of people getting some last Wasatch 100 training runs in.. Tik Tok.

Thanks again G'!

I had the vert at 3459 - who knows though this watch is all over the place!

22 miles with a ton of elevation and you are calling it a "sweet run"? You must be in amazing shape! I bet it was beautiful up there today! Glad someone is out enjoying!
