The expectation of peace and safety on public land outweighs dog owners' rights. Youdon't have to have a dog, but you do have the right to free travel. The bigger responsibility falls on the dog owner.

I call them fast miles. but they are like 4.5 good miles for me. Ran them at around 6:55 pace.

Did an hour of intense core pilates cross training with an instructor. Highly recommend these workouts if you are looking for something.
