Bully beat down at the BoOt camp this AM. Did manage a 1 mile warm up on the cheese wheel before an 1 hr of smack down started. Good times.

What do they have you doing in Runner's Boot Camp?

It a great work out.. They mix it up, but usually involves around 3 miles running (800's or shorter intervals) squats, lunges, burpees, partner band runs (Horse pulls), wall sits, planks, core routines, some circuit stuff, but mainly cardio - trying to keep the heart rate high for the entire hr.

That sounds like a killer workout. You thinking about doing Grandeur?

That sounds like a good workout! I'm planning to incorporate some of that post-marathoning, although I doubt that I'll get quite the benefits as boot camp!
