6 good miles. Chad and I ran some of the Shore line trails above the east bench in Ogden. Chad has introduced me to a killer hill about 2.5 miles into this run.....aughhh. We ended up doing a 7:46 /mile pace. Not to bad considering.... |

| Did some laps on the Ben Lomond High School track after work. Wanted to get some split times I ended up doing about an 8 minute warm up mile and then hit a 7:12 2nd mile / 7:03 3rd mile and then cooled down with another 8 minute 4th mile. The 2nd and 3rd miles were feeling good. Could have pushed them a little bit more, but lunch was feeling heavy.... |

Ah... Ran 6 miles on Ogden's East Bench with a local legend. Logan. It was a good run. The hill at mile 2 about did me in. Had to stop half way up for a little pit stop. Other than that it felt really good. Other than slowing Logan down. Looking forward to some more runs together. | |

Went to Ben Lomond Track after work for some speed work. I got there and found out it was chilly...but I pressed forward. I ended up doing 4 X 1600's with a 400 walk in between the miles.

| Good Run with the Boothman! We went up the rainbow trail to the east bench and up strong canyon and back down. 7.27 miles avg 8:48 with a couple big climbs. 4 of the miles 7:33 or less pace. Good Stuff. A little stiff still from the pilates workout. Not much of a recovery run. will take tomorrow off. |

We split around the 4 mile mark and I looped up past the Eden Cemetery. I ran into Shane M. the current OV 50 champ and finished the last 1.5 with him. Good week of running for me. Hoping to keep it up going into Thanksgiving next week. Total run time 52.53. |

Let's get caught up on yesterday... I didn't get a run in, but was able to spend the day up at snowbasin! It was sweet. It snowed most of the day, so the runs just kept getting better.
This morning I went to pilates and had a great work out. As Chad and I were driving over there up in North Fork it looked like they got about a foot of snow last night.
