BooYa. Arggg run today. Headed out with Shane around 1:00 for a monster of a run (for me anyways). We headed out towards Huntsville and ended up running up trappers (it's a big ol' climbl and then at the top we decided to tack on another step climb up to Snowbasin. We then headed down the old snowbasin road. The first three miles of that Snowbasin grooms for x-country skiers - it's in great shape to run on. Once you get down to Art Nord you have aonther big climb and then some sweet down (or would be if my legs weren't trashed at this point)... Jamie picked us up at the bottom of the Old road. I'm going to be feeling this one I'm afraid... Great run though. First run holding the Nathan.. never bothered me to much, plus great to have a drink on demand...20.70.

Bro man...We were out for around 3:30.. we walked a bit on the upper Snowbasin road and I had an on-call phone call that took a few minutes. So, I was proud of the time. I think we had around 3000+ verticle. You'll be next my friend...oh yes you will.
