The expectation of peace and safety on public land outweighs dog owners' rights. You don't have to have a dog, but you do have the right to free travel. The bigger responsibility falls on the dog owner.

Negative 3?!? So, I have lived in Utah my entire life.....explain to me where Eden is?? I can't believe how much colder it is there then here. My husband has been going to Roosevelt for work during the days and said it's way colder there then at home. Funny Utah, St. George is 20 degrees warmer. Gotta love this State :) Nice job getting out. Sorry to hear about the shoes, OUCH!
