Perfect morning for a run!! Headed out with Jamie, Gdoc, and Hair dog for a big STGM training run. Decided to head out from my place around Pineview and Up Trappers and UP to Snowbasin. Once you finally hit the old parking lot you get some needed descent! until the climb at Art Nord. We had parked a car at the bottom of the old road. Good training for STGM because by the time you hit the downhill your legs are already cooked from the 2300 feet you just climbed. Good stuff. Got hot towards the end... Felt good with the effort though. Leg felt - aight. Peace N. I had the total vert at 2781....

Grinder today. A good grind is needful sometime. Hey...look brother...you kill me on the downhill so just enjoy the race and save me a cool brew at the end.

Dood- Nice run today. That sounds like a killer, but awesome. I'll be doing SG too.

The half was a lot of fun. It would be fun to see you and the rest of the family at St. George.
