The expectation of peace and safety on public land outweighs dog owners' rights. You don't have to have a dog, but you do have the right to free travel. The bigger responsibility falls on the dog owner.

Well after a nice week of Heber Valley Camp and some sweet end of summer H2O skiing - thought I would jump on the TM of doom this morning. Bad about 1.5 into the run felt my leg get tight again so, I called it. Pretty bummed out about it. Maybe I just need to take more ibuprofen...
