Decided to hit Runners BooT Camp this AM. Warmed up on the track - then hit Boot camp for an hour. It was a grinder with military sprints, horse pulls, lunge laps, etc., Then hit the tM 'o pain for a some miles after.. Peace.

Two mile warm up on the mill o' pain - then hit Boot CAmp. A serious beat down today. All I had left in the tank was a mile on the cheese wheel after... JelloSauce.

Whimped out, head bowed, shoulders hunched, cold induced run at the gYm after work. Should'a hit them trails, but would'a could'a should'a.. Good push but uneventful hour on the mill o' life. Gym was hopp'n tonight..  I would guess 2-3 X's as many people as AM sessions. Better Luck tomorrow...

Alright alright.. Decided I better get out under the blue dome today!! Met up with the running group I tagged along with the other day at the 22nd st trail head ( about 12 of us ) started heading south on the upper trail up Bues all the way to the bridge in Bues canyon. Crusied back to the 22st trail head and lost some layers downed a shot and ran to rainbows and turned around back to 22nd. Awesome temps, great group to run with - nice blue dome session.
