The expectation of peace and safety on public land outweighs dog owners' rights. You don't have to have a dog, but you do have the right to free travel. The bigger responsibility falls on the dog owner.

Wanted to get up and go, but the go got up and went.. so I'm made it over to the HAF center and hit the tM for 5. Plus 500 meters on the rower and some weights.

After work gym time is a little more comical than morning gym time...I think we all know what I'm talking about... Hit the tM o'doom for 7x800 with 400 recovery after a couple mile warmup. No steam room after.
