The expectation of peace and safety on public land outweighs dog owners' rights. Youdon't have to have a dog, but you do have the right to free travel. The bigger responsibility falls on the dog owner.

Another early morning Tm run. Crazy night seemed like the kids were up and down all night long...Started with 2 miles at 8:00, then 7:47, 7:41, last at 7:30. Incline 1.0. Legs feeling good. Hoping to get out and enjoy some of this weather!

Decided to hit the gym on the way home tonight. It was busy! Had a good Tm run though. Here are the mile breakdowns: 7:53, 7:47, 7:41, 7:35, 7:24, 7:13, 6:48. Incline 1.0 on the first 4 miles.

Awesome morning run with Brottha gdoc. I decided not to tell him where we were headed afraid he might wimp out. So, we headed out and it was cold... Ran up to Spring Mountain trail and then took him on Wagon Wheel trail up to the top of the pass. We then back tracked down and looped out to Dr. bri's yurt. Awesome! Ran the trail back down and headed home. Total Ascent 1,763 Total Descent 2,116. The views were awesome. Good run bro. Avg pace wasn't crazy, but we pushed pretty good up Wagon Wheel.
