The expectation of peace and safety on public land outweighs dog owners' rights. You don't have to have a dog, but you do have the right to free travel. The bigger responsibility falls on the dog owner.

Finally feeling well again. Being able to take a deep breath is great. Wasn't able to hit the road tonight, so I jumped on the Tm in the basement for a quick 4 miles. They felt good. 1.0 incline.

Got up early so I hit the Tm for another 4 miles. 1 - 7:47  2 - 7:30  3 - 7:07 Chad inspired me to step up the last mile 4 - 6:35 all with a 1.0 incline. 

Ended the day with an hour of Pilates propulsion style!

Early morning Tm. The times were about the same as yesterday. Feeling a little fatigued from pilates, but not to bad.

Hit Golds on the way home from work. Eased into 5 miles on the Tm with 1.0 incline with 2 7:40's and then hit mile 3 7:30 mile 4 7:10 and mile 5 6:40.  Was feeling pretty good although here's a question? when you need to farmer blow on the Tm what's the best way???

Early Morning Pilates! Mary worked us out! Will probably Hit the gym on the way home tonight. Details to follow.

 

Hit the Tm at Golds on the way home. Just over 3 miles and then the steam room.., Nice.
