The expectation of peace and safety on public land outweighs dog owners' rights. You don't have to have a dog, but you do have the right to free travel. The bigger responsibility falls on the dog owner.

Well - I challenged myself to a Booth Tm time trial... Here were my splits the first 2 miles were with a 1.0 incline and then I flatted it out for the other 3 miles. 1 - 7:30   2. 7:16    3. 6:58   4. 6:31   5. 6:40... They actually felt pretty good.

 

Oh - our group actually got into MOAB! ya baby! The bad news is the other 2 groups didn't...augh!

Early morning Tm run before work. All with an incline of 1.0. Mile 1. 7:30   2. 7:19    3. 7:25   4. 6:40   Still bummed about all the people that didn't make it into MOAB! 

Hit Pilates in the evening...My core is still reeling. Good workout!

Hit Golds after work -- my legs and back are pretty fatigued from pilates last night so, I wasn't sure I was going to make it. Here are the times... mile 1 and 2 with 1.0 incline. Mile 1. 7:35  2. 7:18  3. 6:58   4. 6:40.

Started the day with an hour of hard "core" pilates. Was on the Wunda chair most of the time. Will try and get an afternoon run  in. Anyone have any favorite Holiday games or movies?
