Wanted to get outside this morning for a run, but Jamie had a pilates class - so I hit the Tm for a good run. Wanted to break 1000 miles for the year with this run - hard to believe that I've actually run 1000 miles this year - who would've thought. Feels pretty good! Mile 1 8:00, 7:53, 7:47, 7:41, 7:30, 7:10, last .25 at 6:40ish pace. Incline 1.0. Legs were feeling great. Upper body pretty tired from skiing yesterday, went back out last night for another ski with some friends.... |
