The expectation of peace and safety on public land outweighs dog owners' rights. You don't have to have a dog, but you do have the right to free travel. The bigger responsibility falls on the dog owner.

Hit Gold's on the way home from work tonight. Got 5 good miles in. 7:30, 7:24, 7:19, 6:58, 6:40. Again the steam room after was probably the best part of the workout. No.. the run felt good. Legs were a little tight from pilates on Sat. Looking forward to some good ocean air later this week.

Sweet first run through the streets of Kihei, Maui. I wanted to spec out any potential runs. I ended up running just over 7 miles 7:22, 7:33, 7:38, 7:34, 7:38, 7:39, 7:16. I also wanted to hit 20 for the week. After missing 2 days it felt good. Aloha everyone.
